At CupWize, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with our simple and transparent Returns & Exchange Policy.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.

  • Returns or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Certain products, such as personalized or custom-made items, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at info@cupwize.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to return or exchange.

  2. Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or return in line with your request.


Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size, style, or product, you can request an exchange instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive your returned item.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative product or store credit.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

  • For all other returns or exchanges (such as change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Processing Time

  • Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item.

  • We’ll notify you by email once your return or exchange has been completed.
